What Kora Reply does not do yet
We would rather lose a sale than win one on a misunderstanding. If any of these matter to you, one of the tools above is likely a better fit.
- No phone or voice channel.
- No SSO, multibrand or HIPAA program.
- No skills-based or round-robin routing yet; tickets are assigned by people.
- Reports and CSAT surveys are still on the roadmap.
- A new product: no public reviews or long track record yet.
- Plans stop at 12 users; bigger teams are better served elsewhere.
Questions about these comparisons
Only from each vendor's official pricing page, read in October 2026. Every figure links to its source and carries the check date. Prices change often, so follow the link before you decide.
No, and we do not claim it is. Several tools have free plans or lower entry prices. Kora Reply's difference is that email, live chat, a public knowledge base and an AI agent quota come together on a $12 per user plan for teams of up to 12.
When you need phone support, SSO, multibrand, automated routing or more than 12 users, or when you need software you can host yourself. Each comparison page lists when the other tool fits better.
There is no automatic importer yet. Most small teams start fresh by forwarding their support address, recreating saved replies and copying their most-used help articles.
