Every workspace starts on the Free plan. This article lists what each plan includes and what happens when you reach a limit.
What each plan includes
| Limit | Free | Starter | Team |
|---|---|---|---|
| Users | 2 | up to 6 | up to 12 |
| Inboxes | 1 email + 1 live chat | 3 | 10 |
| Conversations per month | 100 | fair use | fair use |
| AI conversations per month | 50 | 300 | 1,500 |
| Published help center articles | 20 | 500 | 2,000 |
| Outbound emails per day | 20 | 200 | 500 |
| No | Yes | Yes | |
| "Powered by Kora Reply" on your help center | Shown | Hidden | Hidden |
Paid plans can add AI packs of 500 extra AI conversations.
Usage periods follow your workspace time zone, so a monthly limit resets at midnight on the first of the month where your team works, not in UTC.
When you reach a limit
Kora Reply never deletes data when you hit a limit. Instead:
- Users: new invites are refused until a seat is free.
- Published articles: you can keep writing drafts, but publishing another article is refused until you unpublish one or upgrade. Articles that are already live stay live.
- AI conversations: new conversations go straight to your team instead of the AI agent. On the Free plan this can also happen before your own 50 are used, if Free workspaces together reach the AI budget set aside for Free that month.
- Outbound email: extra emails wait in a queue and go out when the next day's budget starts.
